Thanks for your comment on my blog Andy, I didn't think it would trigger empathy - perhaps criticism for being harsh so it was nice to read your comment.
Patience is very true - I'd have to have added stuff about throwing technology against the wall, screaming expletives and caning gin whilst manically finger tapping...

Hi Andy. Glad I amused you - I am a bit of a clown and love the social side of this site. Not to be outdone I've posted a further comment - just agreeing really. Is that a wedding outfit you are wearing in your profile piccie? If so, I hope you fare better than Winston's poor victim....
My ex was an IT manager. I am amazed that you manage to combine programme management with poetry - you must really hate your job...x

Hi andy, More on Decree Absolute. Thanks for your interest. I have removed one letter from my piece. Can anyone spot which one? I think it makes a hugely difference. Win

Hi Andy... Thank you for your comments on Decree Absolute. well done for spotting that is is particularlly bitter and certainly barbed. Thats certainly what I intended from the person who is the subject in this poem. On a broader note, your comments regarding 2 sides to every story are certainly true.and I am sure another piece could be written from the other side. In these matters both sides are victims to some extent. With respect, perhaps you are making a mistake here and superimposing the words of this piece onto a real life situation. It does not relate to any particular person or circumstance in my life. It is of course the beauty of writting that gives the poet with imagination the freedom and right to explore imagined situations. Win

Good Evening Andy
When I stop writing I know it's complete.
I have tried many times to expand poems and ended up with over written and over thought waffle.
Mostly after red wine and an argument with a partner.
Thank you so much for your encouragement and taking time to read.
Augusta x.

Andy, that spelling error must have been so diplomatic it went over my head. Good to hear from you.

I love the feeling that the poem that starts with
'I felt you today' evokes... your poetry is very heartfelt and sentimental...
Thank you for your comments too.
