The grey line Of what lies between Of self destruction Partway torn Silently seeking redemption But lives being shattered Has its joy to some But towards the few That have no joy Know the pain Knowing they are not to blame To sideswipe life Yields no offering But having to stay On the road toylessly Tinkering on the edge An epiphany away From harmlessly intaking The subtle made views But focusing Knowing there is no other way Knowing how to be steadfast Believing in the ways Of indignant love A love better than none A love built towards a better way Of remorse free lively hood A day away from Standing in place Ashamed of nothing Proud
