A letter to Leah (untitled)

(picture a 90 pound chocolate Labrador, female,)

To my devoted and loving companion Leah.

When you came into my life I was burdened.

When you left my life I was broken.

I am overwhelmed now with sorrow and loneliness,

And cannot bear the thought of living life without you.

However, as I do, you will live on forever within me.

As I learned from you the satisfaction of having such a

devoted, forgiving, loyal and supportive friend that

shared continuous unconditional love.

The wound created in me by your loss is to large to heal.

I will try packing it full of our loving memories together.

It is true that dog is mans best friend.

And I am sure that I will see you on the other side.

Because of your love for me, which has contributed to me

"being". I have concluded that God must have a dog, and

has made room for plenty more.

Until I see you again,

Please, Sit, Stay, Be a good girl.

I LOVE YOU !

Pat.

Commiserations - such a tribulation of loss - so reminds me of Grays Elegy - and the tolling of memorial sentences.

Seize on the precious times with which to hang your thoughts.

Dogs must surely qualify for the after life - I'd hate it if were not so.

Blessings.

Two questions
1) how do you switch your gift off as its important to do this sometimes
2) I largely get clairsentenance but sometimes get clairaudience do the two sometimes work together? X

Really feel for you, as it is so traumatic when you lose a beloved companion. Your feelings are so well expressed. They give so much more than they take, always pleased to see you, to fit in with any plan, (except a bath!), and know if you are depressed about something. Jennifer
