We'er Moving
We're moving in a month
To some house in England
I'll miss this place
I'll miss my friends
Mother can't afford this house
Dad why did you have to leave us
We're moving to 30 East Drive

story / poem that I've been working on. it's kind of like the space cowboy but it's it's more like 31 days of Halloween.

Is the address significant?
30 East Drive in Pontefract is reputed to be a ghost house, so methinks Damon is kidding us.
Made me sad..melancholy poem ?
I know how hard moving can get, especially to a whole different location.
Moved on my own to a different continent and the only thing I can say is this just gives me the goosebumps.

But from where...?
The theme resonates (certainly for someone like me who
moved many times as a youngster) but the essence was
in the difference between what was left and what was
found.
