Festung America ?
During the Nazi reign in Europe
Hitler planned building a wall
He called it 'Festung Europa'
But in '45 his plan it did fall
Now we have President Trump
Planning a similar type wall
Maybe 'Festung America' perhaps?
Maybe this plan to it will fail?

I feel quite hurt that Sal hasn't targetted me.
MC Remember you were the lone fighter who was game enough to enter the ring with me against Big Sal. This put both of us in his 'get back' book.. After being banned from WOL he continues to re-birth as another entity sending 'f___k you's' to my personal box. We keep hoping he'll run out of steam but no luck yet. Just let Graham know if one arrives.

I've received a message in my WOL inbox from someone referring to themselves as "Your Favourite Poet" accusing me of being "a "dumb f..k" (basic street level American wordplay)
for "defending Trump". Really, I thought I was commenting on
his reasons via his electoral vows as to why he acts as he does
as president of his country under his promise "America First".
To add to Dorothy's comment, I'll quote Pink Floyd. In "Hey You", a song from their album "The Wall" , the last line says:

Promise security by first stringing together fear. Make the people follow you because it's the obvious choice to them. Tell enough lies and from sheer number, some are believed. It's not fear of the leader that will make the multitude follow. It's fear of the outsiders or supposed infiltrators that cause the multitude to rally. The goal is power with no personal stakes. Sometimes that means inventing an enemy. Tell them it's the criminals we ward off while caging the children.
Interesting analogy. But it's not really fair to compare Trump to Hitler
even if the actions may seem compatible. Trump's USA has a huge
South American continent south of its borders, comprising of
failed dictatorships and communist catastrophies continually in
foment - not least from murderous insurgents and drug lords who
butcher and maim because of inept and corrupt governments.
His duty is to keep his country secure from their invasive/corrosive effects and to keep his electoral promises, with as much control as he is able to muster in peacetime.
