Just Another Day
There isnât much to say today,
Itâs just an ordinary day.
But I canât get enough of it;
I wouldnât have it any other way.
Though some spice wouldnât be so bad,
Without spice, I would still be glad.
And if I had to make a choice,
Still, I would choose the same, with all I had.

Eagle Eye
My eagle eye sweeps
The room nursing maimed dreamsÂ
And stifled memories
Which make walls bleedÂ
When drubbed by the hollow breeze.
Who am I except a mute bystander?
Unfazed by the detritus,
My steady gaze punctures
The flesh of aged and nascent delusions.
Stay, stay with me,
Before I leave,Â
And catch a trainÂ
To a place where summer rainsÂ
Submerge mundane landsÂ

Forty two hours since my last nap
Forty two thousand taps, scrapes,
And frustrated sighs
How much in sales today?
Can I sleep yet?
Is it enough?
How many strokes across digital canvas
To correct the damage doneÂ
One commission to the next
My heart left these works long ago
Onward, fingers, onwardÂ
Create the things they want to see
