Surviving
The waves can be deep
they are for now
they swell and drop
as they swallow me whole
It's calming and content
for now
as the dark blue lake consumes me
little by little, it takes away my warmth
As I strain for air to fill my lungs again
i hear a sweat melody calling me
descending slowly
finally succumbing to the simplicity of its aura
