I can feel the moon filling

rising in my chest,
my throat

a grip:
a commanding brand
blinding and hot
pressing down on my chest
while my legs buck
on an operating table somewhere
then sated
by the cooling hiss
of oxygen
(or at least

BORN OF PAIN / STOLEN NAME

Born of pain cursed to live that way

A forgotten name marked with shame

Guilt by association becomes your fame

A stolen name becomes the scares on the back of a forgotten man.

Fading away to become the dust of another land

Bitterness replaced by forgiveness justice is a slap of the back of a hand.

Born of pain the mind struggle the mental slaying

TAG

Over and over,
I see your name
like a tattoo
on my brain.

A flame
that ignites
not on deed or fame,
but simply a name.

A tag, reminding us
who we are:
dreamer, poet,
old soul,

who despite living
an alternate reality,
believes in passion,
love, happily ever after...

Who, in the World, chooses his birth?
Who chooses his family and children?
Who chooses his fate and country?
Who chooses the time to go to heaven?

But it is possible to choose our day
To sincerely care about family and work
This will be the first right step to our future
To achieve our goals while we're alive

Your name and countr...

Hello, my name is _____

"Hello, my name is _____"

Hello, my name is a combination of contradictory words strung together...

witty-anxiety-lost-dedicated-resourceful-strong-dorky-emotional-free spirited-

If you wish to know my one true name, you must learn to read between the tangled and frayed lines...

My name is in the spaces between.

Call me The Baron. My full name is Nicholas Arthur Armbrister. I bloody hate that name! Do you know how I feel? My first name used when I’m naughty. “Nicholas, you’ve had a new tattoo!”

You must be part German with a name like that. Say it slowly out loud:

A-R-M-B-R-I-S-T-E-R.

They got images of Hitler’s panzers and Blitzkreig, Stukas and goose steps. No denying my heritage, I’m p...
