Lit by the distant sun
in a backyard beer-garden
overlooking the meadow
my swimming brain spins out
through adventures of the past
forgotten journeys
by coach, by plane
through unfamiliar landscapes
to the desert
in California
We rode the Greyhound
between the sun-drenched cities
your head lay on my lap
and when we could tear
our eyes from one-another
we'd watch the world pa...

to care for someone, the way I do you.

Being around the forbidden fruit.

to look like a genuine fool.

Walking down this endless road,
Never knowing which way to go.
Each path seems dark,
each breath
harder than the last,
constantly hiding from the past.
I try to find the strength to move on,
But each time I do, you still want to have
your fun. When will it sink in?
