I am a student of biotechnology from goa India My writing interest began when I was hardly 10 nothing impressive just words that rhymed mostly written during maths period out of boredom The first time I've written from my heart world be the poem I've submitted as sample while thinking of him I can't exactly scream my feelings from a rooftop.... So I found myself here

To my love I am on top of you and still at your feet I know you can handle my weight You won't let me fall I lie naked body and soul For you will accept me flaws and all I will be warm on the coldest night I don't need a blanket just to look in your eyes You have me shackled in the silk of your being it's the one captivity that makes me free To love you is to feel my soul soar well above the mountains that daunt me no more I am stronger in being weak you made me understand my real needs I thank you for being just who you are I love your perfections and adore your flaws They make you who you are The only one to sweep me off my feet I thank the heavens for the chance of our meet I never was alive till I saw you my sweet

Not many of us can 'scream from a rooftop'. IMO, that is a superb line, typical of a clear thinker with great poetical ability. Welcome to WOL. I will try to read more of your work.
