being a southerner means-you drink tea with your little finger lifted-you eat cucumber sandwhiches-you pronounce your h,s! you would,nt be seen dead in a flat cap-you dont take ferrets to bed-you say yah instead of yeah! you don,t fart in public-you feel as though you are slumming when you talk to rough Rossendalers-lol! you come on here wiv yer fancy ways n airs n gravies-lol!! you don,t laugh at sad northeners who try ter make yer laff-go on Lady Lynn-put down the bone china and grin! Thanks for your comments on Tom Pudding, Lynn. It's a bit of a departure for me as I usually do much lighter stuff like my latest Dipso....
I took the opportunity to look at yours and was very impressed with it.
I particularly like Impossibility, not least because I have a lot of trouble myself managing abab rhyme patterns and realise how technically difficult they are.

I've just been reading your samples here and love 'Impossibility.' It asks all the questions associated with the topic. :-)

I see you seem to like writing about current affairs and government issues that affect lives. I'm afraid i'm a bit ignorant in that direction as i find such things, although part of our reality, so depressing i have a switch off button in my head.
I will continue to look out for your entries though with genuine interest.x

Good evening Lynn-I,m ever so grateful for your concerns and comments of course-its just that I,ve been pretty busy doing improvements on our house and doing jobs at one of our daughters houses in the Rhondda(South Wales)plus running up and down to see the other grandchildren in Abergele and yet even more in Northwhich.So to say I clock a few miles up each year is an understatement! I think today I made about 20 corrections in this poem. When nobody writes the comments I lose interest to this or other poem and don't look at it anymore. I think it happens with everyone.
