Raven
The sky felt dense,
The mood it gave off,
Like moths in hue,
And butterflies in pale,
The showering of haze,
Over us at ease,
It’s not seen,
And there I won’t be seen,

True Nature
A wolf howls skywards
To tell the pale, waxing moon
Of the solar death
The raven squawks in flight

The Crow
`
the old crow
that blotted out the sun
perched upon a fencepost
and made faces
I have only ever seen
with nose pressed
against the pane
as I spied
fallen leaves taken
onto the saddle
of a chilling breeze
to where tomorrow
