Flowers in You

In your eyes, I see the sun, serene and rare,
Where light, in its colors, becomes a garden bright,
And in your gestures, clear enchantments flare,
Like a thousand flowers dancing in the light.

Ah, you are the flower the heavens gave to earth,
Growing in pure grace, in shape and hue,
Like the lily deep in fields of endless worth,
Spreading the fragrance of an eternal view.

In your smile...

The history of rock

And so, in the vastness of the ether, it rises
From the primordial silence, a resonant sound
Like thunder that splits the distant skies
The voice of the Infinite is born, unbound!
No longer the void, nor the endless shadow
But the living flame, the fire burning bright
In the dawn of the cosmos, a mighty song
Where life and death in dance unite

In the womb of the earth, the first cry
Mad...

What Lord Krishna Said Us!

Lord Krishna had told long time ago-
Grave words like the sea not hollow:
"In the time of industrial & modern age,
People would be the birds in a golden cage:
Where they'd born with the wings colouring
But they'd forget the tune of how to singing,
People of modern time would be heartless
They'd be the cause of blame, never confess!
Science & technology would touch the apex
But the root of...

To Swami Girijatmananda

You'd embroidered the Inferno
sewn with the thread
of supple beauty,
endowed Ganguria
with philosophical
profundity and great altitude
of enlightenment.
You'd reconciled
an old skirmish
between disdain
and phobia.
O God, you made
Ganguria an ultimate abode
decked with platonic ideal
of love and mosaic complexion.

To Try Is Human, To Strive, Divine

Sweet summer sunshine

And her warm embrace,

Her radiance, as pale as egg-whites,

Veils her face.

She shies away from you and I

Behind the soufflé of clouds,

Mighty and high,

Far, far away from the mortal crowd.

Or perhaps she's afraid

Of the power we hold

To birth, sunder and devastate

Those shaped from the same dough.

Fragile feeble fingers...

Moments

Do you ever want to
hold on to a moment
because it feels divine?

A moment when the stars align,
and everything is fine.

A moment when you make peace
with your past, and your pain.

A moment when there is
no sorrow, no shame.

A moment when fear
takes a hike.

A moment when the sky is clear,
the air is forgiving,
and sun shines bright.

A moment when everything
feel...

A Visit To Graveyard

On Thursday evening
I pray near a Grave in Kashmir
Incense sticks
And candles
Lit in bundles
Aroma makes me feel
As I kneel

This is land of my forefathers
Where they rest
I too look for a place nearest
I belong to these graves
Here my soul craves
To sleep till eternity
In the Eden of divinity
What else I should ask
That has more dignity

My Baby Boo

Today my heart felt a blow,
By a view so divine.
I let my emotions flow,
Like a 30 year old wine.

There it was in that tiny box,
With pulses of energy shooting through,
That blurry image came across,
Like the inside of a Great Gray Kangaroo.

I felt her hand touching mine,
Held her hand - fingers entwined,
Watching my angel wriggle and shine,
With the life of Us combined.

Seeing y...

DANCE DIVINE

An invisible band
Plays inaudible strains.
Enter two dancers;
They step, figure and twirl
To natural time.

Side by side or in tandem,
Now solo, now pairing,
They take it in turns
To lead and to follow
Exactly on cue.

Sure-footed and nimble,
And foil to each other,
They tread their design;
Their joy is their movement,
Their ballet their grace.
