WINTER SOLSTICE
The day is to past, the time is to come.
Life would be ashore, kept below a dome.
Wind shall blow and howl, clouds will rise and pour.
Darkness's upon us, light's hidden from roar.
Nature, nature, she is strong and fair,
wild, crazy, she is a must to protect.
Rain drops over us, sun above the air,
quiet, shiny, a rainbow to collect.
Grass has go...

Cold Hearted
Cold Hearted
the calming time
cotton wool squeak
beneath my feet
the air
crisp with cold
crystal palaces
cut from ice
nose and mouth
streaming mist
vivid blue sky
the lake cupped
by mountain hands
in a caring gesture
frozen feet deep
covered with snow
the calming time
distant voices
carried on a
biting breeze
cheeks frost rouged

I
am a garden.
Greenest grass shoots from my scalp.
tulips tumble from my mouth
Birds flock, Bees beguile, soil
a path from which my bark legs grow

a soil path hidden in soiled fruit soiled sweet fruit
green leaves scatter

doesn’t get a seat – again –
Mercury chattering on her mobile

I just need to hear her speak
To feel the brush of her skin,
To feel The warmth of her breath as our lips come to a close
I love her to an extent she'll never know
Young lovers caught in turmoil
Only finding hope in each other
I pray to our God that we're together
forever

A Winter's Walk In The Park
Sickly branches spread out from the bodies of comatose trees,
And her feet fall on leaves that have died,
Paper-thin corpses at one with the ground frost,
With each step she feels that she might,
Fall through the earth and plummet for years,
Leaving Welsh winters behind,
Crystalline grass blades stand neatly under silver pink skies,
She follows where the gravelled path snakes,
Her concer...
