Thanks for the comments.

I actually wrote this some time ago but I thought I'd post it.

Not a dyslexic linguist or a cunning linguist. I used some of the translations from the lyrics on the sleeve notes. 'me tienes que desir' is how it appears. I can just about order a beer in Spanish. The rest is Spanglais. Si Si.
Maybe I could ask for volunteers to read the spanish bits.

PS. Shouldn't you be doing some work Laura?

Absolutely hilarious - love the bit about your spouso laughing - I could empathise - with her of course!

Are you a dyslexic linguist on the side Dave? I think it would be decir rather than desir - pronounced the same though - which makes me wonder how much of this you wrote without even using a translation ap....

BRILLIANT!!! This has just had me laughing out loud at my desk in work :D :D

I love that Clash song anyway (big fan) and you have done a fantastic job on these lines - so so funny.

If you are going the Christmas Tudor, I will pay you to do this - that's how much I want to hear it!

I say pay - I mean nag ;)

Ray - Doc wouldn't work on the syllable count for that particular song :)

Knocks my snippets of French into a cocked hat.Made me laugh out loud. MAN FLU as opposed to MANUEL. Your opening line should maybe start with DOC rather than DOCTOR.
