My pleasure. I remember we got one in a plastic bag of water from a fair at Blackheath. I don't know how my Dad kept it alive on the Green Line Bus.

Feng Shui is the ancient art of placing your furniture and fittings in such a way as to make your house more lucky. The humble little goldfish is meant to attract wealth?

Hey there Shifa. I suspect we are very different in externals and very much as one in the art of the word. Thank you kindly for your encouraging comments on my poems, they are very much appreciated. My intention now is to read every word you deem to write. That's not a threat but a promise! The 13th century AD (Christian calendar) Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī, one of my favourite poets, a Sufi mystic from Persia, once wrote:" We carry inside us the wonders we seek outside us" and , most tellingly, "Yesterday I was clever so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise so I am changing myself.”
Good luck in all you do. You are a true poet. Best wishes - John

Not celebrating anything, d. Trying to alert people to what is right in front of their eyes, for what it’s worth.

Don, in what way did my poem on Coarse Work, offend?
And since you described it as 'what a load of rubbish,' it would be really nice to have your constructive take on it.
Might prevent my going down a dodgy road again in future. P.

Hi Shehariah! Just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for reviewing so many of my poems in less than a day. Your encouraging remarks are much appreciated!
That being said, your poems are highly impressive. The vulnerability, the melancholy your art exudes is unmatched! Very raw, authentic and haunting. More power and light to you!
I'll always be looking forward to indulging in your future work.
