For a couple of weeks I'd lost the fighting spirit

and the analogy'd gone lost

to find myself struggling again,

cast out 

but you'll have to keep on pushing

against their piercing pressures;

as they curse after curse in ignorance

and you'll rise against the tide once more,

hopefully as friends.
