then just like the rubbish, out we go

We come in crying at our birth

then exit smiling, rear of hearse

so small and insignificant

so dull and drab

yet from seeds

springs the miracle of life

our very existence

depends on seeds

and plants of every imaginable kind

Like Gorillas in the mist

we have poets in our midst-

we think they don't exist

til extinct, then sorely missed.

its chill makes trembling in our bones

like polished pearls
