Yes, very deep. I particularly enjoyed the first line but struggled with the word, 'convulted' is my dictionary in need of updating or should I read it as 'convoluted'. This is a genuine question and by no means a criticism! So please don't take offence Daniel.

Hi Melissa - you have a particular style to much of your poetry which I enjoy. On this occasion you have began by asking questions and attempted to answer some. I would be tempted to seperate the line where you repeat the line 'No life is lived easy' into a seperate stanza, giving the appearance that there is a reflective thought between one notion and the next. Does that make sense? You have a talent with words, that's for sure.

On one level it appears that 'drugs' are the insipration for words and creativity and on another level it could be that perhaps the 'words' are the tools with which you empower yourself. I like it. Although to be frank, I seem to enjoy much of what you write. It's all very enjoyable because it's not one dimensional. Fan - tas - ic.

While this piece has a rhyming scheme it does not 'sound' blatant, in the fact that the contents, or the subject, is so intimate that it dilutes the rhyme. This is a very touching piece and one that stands out for its frankness and the author's ability to verbalize such thoughts.
Well done.

Only thing that bothered me was all the potential coincidences, 50 years after Munich (when Bolton got no thanks for winning FA Cup!), and no doubt 50 people in crowd called Matt Busby, 50 steps up to the box and so on...... cheers Jeffarama!

In answer to your question. I guess the roast dinner thing will have to wait a while. Having problems with my visualizations. The meat keeps turning green.
I had a dream last night about a strawberry pavlova.( i honestly have no idea what one looks like, i just knew what it was.) I wanted to save it from the hot baked alaska sitting next to it, which was bubbling and ready to explode. It was quite scary. I hope you understand.

HI Peter, Nice poem about the police, they really try hard for the most part to help, and I think when they first start they want to help rid the world of bad so much, yet it can crush the spirit, and turn a good heart to stone, for some.I have met a few nice police persons, I say persons because some are females, I thought about it as a job for a time, but Im so small and my kids went crazy when I applied for the job, they just knew Id be shot Ah well good poem. hope your well.

It reminded me of a hideous docu I saw about a couple about to be wed who were having the works done on them before their big day, just so they would fancy each other a bit more. After the surgery they looked like a different couple altogether. Weird.....!

Hi Pete - further to our conversation last night, I once come across a very agitated female who told me that she had come home from doing an errand to discover her husband having sex with a large dog. What she wanted me to do I have no idea?
Then weeks later I saw her again, I asked about her husband and how things were going. She said that they were staying together for the sake of the puppies!
You couldn't make it up. Well, Ok, you could, and I just have. This policeman sounds like a wonderful man. I must meet him sometime.

Hello Tomas, thanks for taking the time to read my writings.
I also enjoy rhyming poems but i try not to make a word fit just for the sake of it. Ha ha, there's a rhyme in there somewhere.
I find your seance and devils scripture intriguing, as i am a spiritualist medium and healer.
Very much a save the world person.
Spiritualists embrace all religions, colour and creed. Perhaps surprisingly, many of our congregation are Catholic.
I've been wading through Miltons "paradise lost," for about six months, amazing imagery there for devil poetry.
Thanks again Janet.

Hello, Phil

You are a wonderful Ambassador to the Parkinson Society; please not be offended by my comment. As hard, as it sounds to live with this illness one has to keep going. If you give up then your life will be shattered like a Crystal glass. Your writings will help others to understand better the health problem you are going through. I am sympathizing with you. Worked for 22 years in a Rehab Hospital and have seen many different illnesses that people were going through. You are showing tremendous strength with in you. Keep it that way. Today medicine can help a lot to support the shortage of that brain Chemicals that you need to replace by taking the MEDS. Keep writing as you do. Your words are of great importance. I see you being busy than this is the most rewarding for your brain so it does not quit on you. Thank you for sharing a portion of your heart in this heartfelt poem. I agree with Daniel that it is not easy to comment on this.

Many thanks for commenting on my latest poem. I will head for the publishing perhaps in the future. I am in a process of recovery from a car accident. When finished the claim, I will think about that!
PS: Congratulations on the Manchester United winning the World Cup in Moscow!!

Have a wonderful day!

With my best wishes,
Zuzanna
