I really like this and I think that I prefer the text which has had its line arrangements shifted due to the image, rather than the text which is in the image itself which has the original line arrangement. But either way it is a really peace creating poem. Serenity.

Make of it as you will Brian. I guess you'll be more or less right. One man's hypocrisy is another man's will to move with the times. .

For neither man nor angel can discern hypocrisy, the only evil that walks invisible, except to God alone. (John Milton)

My guess is that he poured his drinks away when no-one was looking and only had a quick puff on each fag. In reality he was the boss's son, in the community undercover and had a home gym and a cupboard full of vitamin pills. (That's two minutes of my life I won't get back!)

I really appreciate your kind words. It's part of a series called, rather pretentiously, 'Poems of time and place'. I'll put some more on the profile.

Not a catholic, even part-time. I did once have a mitre. It was a football signed by Bobby Moore.

Hello Mr. Paul,
Thank you for the warm welcome and your kind comment.?

Honestly, it was more difficult than I thought especially the grammar, because I started to learn English 6 years ago.

And I want to say that the previous generation is the mainstay of society, without them we are nothing, so thanks for you efforts.

I will work harder!

This made me smile. Is it a three untruths followed by a truth pattern?
The sun is in the sky, rain is probably happening somewhere, the wind is outside the window. There's nothing you want to see, There's nothing you want to do, You're saying something right now. Your mind is full of a poem, your mind is full of a poem, You're using someone else's voice right now? hehehe and then there's the ... in the last truth line and ain't that the truth!

I can remember taking one of my lads to the hospital with a rash at the top of his thigh. He'd have been about 7 or 8 at the time. The doctor tried to access it by pulling his shorts up.
He said you'll have to pull em down, it's right at the top.
She said. I was trying to save your embarrassment
He said. You'll be embarrassed when you see what I'm packing.

I thought.. that's my boy
